Just two changes:

• In the unlockable Endurance Trials mode: Now there's an option to start at a Trial that is half as far as your highscore got to (rounded up). Example: If the furthest you ever got is Trial #50, then there will be a choice to start at Trial #25.
• Fixed a small mistake with the opening cutscene that only occurred on the hardest difficulty.
