The game can be run using OpenGL3 instead of Vulkan but there was a visual issue. The visual issue was fixed and a "README.txt" is now included that explains how to run the game using OpenGL3 instead of Vulkan. If the game was bought on Steam, there is now an option that asks which renderer you want to use when you hit Play.
