The Game Over screen now shows how many days were remaining.
Various changes were made to the Hunting Shops to make some items more common and some less common. Various items were also moved around in the shop. Also the random stock for many of the items that can be found in Hunting Shops were also reduced (bombs weren't changed). The most notable change is that Body Armor can always be found in a Hunting Shop but now there might be as few as one in stock.
Monstrens (the ones you purchase and wild ones) now have Snatch.
The Monstrens that you purchase are more likely to use Nuzzle when their HP isn't high.
Made Panhandle a tiny bit better. Before you could randomly make as little as 1 Copper per party member, now you always get at least 2 per party member.
Made it so you start with a Rescue Shot on all difficulties. Before, you didn't start with one on the last two difficulties.
Made it so you start with two Clean Water on all difficulties. Before, you only started with one on the last difficulty.
Fixed a rare glitch in one of the unlockable modes that would freeze the game.
Fixed a minor mistake with the Status screen where in a certain situation you could see the stats of a Homie who currently isn't in the party but is waiting outside of town.
Fixed a typo.
