Daigaku Gurashi V1.05

Another minor update to help polish the game a bit more.

• Slightly improved performance by disabling unnecessary effects from dozens of UI elements.
• Students now have an animation for talking while crouching.
• Changed 30-ish uses of they/them/their so it would use the character's corresponding pronouns.
• Altered over 1400 instances of stuttering in dialogue to have more consistent syntax. (Example: "N-no..." being altered to "N-No...". And things like "c-changing" being altered to "ch-changing")
• All single quotes in dialogue were replaced with apostrophes for consistency.
• Several typos were corrected.
• Added 2 Easter eggs.
